Microsoft Access MultiSelect Table Interface

The basic idea behind this project is to move data between three
tables using three listboxes on a form with buttons that when clicked moves the data between the tables and listboxes and does specific things.

this shows the All table with multiple selections and the WIP table as blank.

listbox All and clicked the
1 -> button, the data is moved to both the WIP table and the WIP listbox.
Three tables one called:
Table1 Entitled: All
With the fields:
DepartmentKeyword
Table 2 is called WIP
and contains the fields:
department
username
password
DepartmentKeyword
Table 3 is called:
ChosenDepartment
and contains the fields
department
username
password
DepartmentKeyword

Functionality
The three tables will interact with each other like this.
In the All table there is a list of all departments for a store.
On the ChooseDepartments form the first listbox is multiselect enabled
and when the user makes a selection and then clicks on the button 1 ->
the selected department names are moved from table1 named All and moved to the
table entitled WIP, when being moved to the WIP table three fields are auto created.

department is formed by taking the DepartmentKeyword field and appending -Dept to it.
username is a random mix of characters autogenerated by clicking the 1 - > button.
password is a random mix of characters autogenerated by clicking the 1 - > button.
Table 2 caled wIP is multiselect as well.
Clicking the number 2 button will simply move all the selected items from WIP table
over to the Chosen table.
Clicking number 4<- button will simply move all the selected items from Chosen table
over to the WIP table.
