VB6 to .Net Inventory / Warehousing Conversion

We are a US based software company that has a large ERP system directed at manufacturing companies written in Visual Basic 6 that we are converting to .Net Windows and Web forms. We need additional, highly skilled development resources to assist us in the conversion and ongoing maintenance of our inventory and warehousing modules. Required: 1. Strong and deep understanding working with large inventory and warehousing system systems used in manufacturing environments. At least 2 years experience required 2. Strong written and verbal skills in English 3. 8+ years of business application development experience 4. At least 3 years of .Net development experience 5. Strong OOP skills 6. Proven experience working on large development projects 7. Proven experience 8. VB.Net and or C# 9. Experience converting Visual Basic Applications to .Net Desired but not essential: 1 Experience using Devexpress Windows forms controls 2 Experience using Telerik Web controls We want to work directly with individual contractors on this project.
