2D Animator Required for Human Character

I am in need of a skilled 2D animator who specializes in bringing human characters to life. The project’s requirements are as follows: - The character must have a walking, running, and talking animation. - This animation will be used primarily on social media Sought-after qualifications for this project include a good sense of human locomotion and lip synchronization skills, along with apparent creativity and imagination.
