I am representing a group of engineers from Russia who are developing and manufacturing electronic and electrical control systems. We are having a wide experience of work in the area of: - electronics - power electronics - electrical drives - industrial automation - 3d modelling - embedded software development - PLC design - programming (C/C++, Delphi, Microcontroller/DSP programming, PLC programming) CAD (P-CAD, Pro-Engineer, E-Plan, AutoCAD, Solid)
Our best projects is:
- automotive video recording system The aim of this system is the car crash recording system. It has 4 video (PAL) inputs and one video output. The heart of the system is DSP of the Blackfin series (ADSP-BF532). Also device has SDRAM, Flash, Videocodecs and other. The datapath of system is a: Videodecoder - DSP----- JPEG compression -- CF memory card--- DSP--- decomprssion-- Videoout. The device consists by two pcb whitch has interconnected by using sockets. At result system can record up to 20 frames per second at resolution 320x288 color pixels.
- space radar axial drive system. It is a typical servo control system thats equipped with PMSM motor with incremental encoder as rotor position sensor. The manufactured device was build using ADMC300 with ATMega128 and ATMega8 microcontrollers and Mitshubishi IPM.
- crane intelligent drive system. The system is representing by two parts: 1. Microprocessor control system (on board PLC). 2. Power chain.
Microprocessor control system is the series of motor control computing blocks that connected by using Ethenet network. Thay can combine in one computation module with common address space. Each motor control computing block (MCCB) can drive up to 2 power inverters (independently). The user can select motor control algorithm. Also, each MCCB can be adjusted by eight I/O modules (relay out, discrete in, analog in and others). Moreover all the MCCB's can be programmed in ladder by special design software. Power inverters are IGBT based modules in a range from 5 to 160 kW, with separate DC link capacitors and gate drive circuits. Also thay have self-identification systems (thanks for Altera 7000 series). The main microprocessor for the system is TMS320F2812, powered by DSP-BIOS real time OS.
