We are a team of Texas trained architects and C.A.D. draftsmen based in Bohol, Philippines. Our staffs are capable of servicing your design, drafting and rendering needs from conceptualization, code review, to construction drawings.
And because our basic labor cost is significantly lower, our team is the perfect extension to your CAD department. We are here to help you lower your cost.
We are offering the services of a team of professionals, proficient in English and with almost 12 years of experience in US standard of construction. Just give us your drafting standards and we will produce AUTOCAD files done in your preferred format.
Our Services:
We customize each project according to your standards. Just provide us with an existing project of similar scope and we will build the project up from scratch. Use the expertise of trained draftsmen for a quarter of the usual cost!

Our Costing:
Billing by the hour – our billing system is flexible and is relative to the scope of your project. Depending on the complexity of the of the job, we will bill from US$5 to US$ 7 per hour.
Lump Sum:
We could also work for a fixed fee arrangement depending again on the scope of the project. Schedule of payments are based on an agreed timetable as stipulated in a contract. Discounts are granted on a repeat job order.
