Development Strategy:
Phase-1: Analysis - This includes Proposal and Software Requirement specification documents along with flow diagrams. We will take time for analysis for getting through all the requirements of the client, we need continuous client communication during this period to freeze even small requirements from client side. Requirements from the client side should be transparent at this level so that it would not cause delays at later part.
Phase-2: Designing - Develop a static prototype of the software according to the Software requirements document and this prototype should be approved from the client after minor changes to the prototype. Prototype should be freezed at this level to get developer a clear vision of the system. Client's designing aspects will be given a priority.
Phase-3: Development- Developer will be communicating with the client as an when required and would be developing the system based on the prototype designed by the designer. Developer will do the unit testing of the modules develope or work done.
Phase-4: Testing-Testing will be done from provider's side first and then client will test the system and deliver a report on tested modules.
