Our Management
Our management is led by C.E.O. Muhammad Asif Shafiq who has nearly 10 years of experience in leadership, Management, Outsourcing Consultancy, HRM, BPO and information technology. His experience comprises the positions of Operations Manager, Project Manager, Data Base Manager, Marketing Manager, and System Engineer officers in IT Enable services. C.E.O. have experienced in working with multiple BPO companies.
At the present time, we employ nearly 25 professionals and paraprofessionals on permanent basis and about 40 contract workers.
Premises
Massolutions BPO is currently include 30 workstations, a meeting room, C.E.O. office, a break room, and a reception area. The premises are air conditioned with the exception of kitchen and reception area.
Network and Systems
Facilities are equipped with a wired Ethernet network with dedicated primary and ready backup server for project. Server is Windows 2003 Small Business Servers.
System Back up:
a. Attended back up on four portable Hard Drives with 120 GB twice a day at mid-
day during lunch hour and at the end of the shift. Two disks are rotated each
day. Disk is stored at company’s lockbox.
b. Daily unattended back up with a weekly archive on CD’s.
Connectivity:
Redundant, multi-layered 2 mbps connectivity DSL Line and extendable with in a single day
Power Solutions
We have a robust backup power solution in place in case of power failure as follows:
v A 4.5 KW UPS with a 12-Volt battery is in place for each system with total power output of 35 KW to support the entire network (including servers, workstations, routers, switches, fans, and lights) for up to 130 minutes.
v A diesel powered standby generator for extended back up power supporting the entire premises for up to Seven continuous hours. Should power be lost for over Seven hours, the source will be switched back to the UPS’, generator will be refueled and cooled for 25 minutes making it ready for another Seven hours.
v Currently the company has a full time electrician.
Data Security
a. Norton Antivirus and Firewall (Corporate Edition) protecting server and
workstations from intrusion.
b. Zone Alarm Firewall.
c. We plan to implement hardware-based Cisco PIX firewall.
d. Employees are not allowed to bring in or take out any removable media.
e. Hard drives are regularly scanned for unauthorized storage.
