| General Transcription
Basic Education
English Language, English Literature, Spanish, Latin, History, Geography, Mathematics, Additional Mathematics, Physics, Biology & Chemistry.
Data Handling Schedule
My normal work-day, is 8 hours for at least 5 days per week.
My minimum turn-around-time (TAT) for a one-hour audio transcription is 2 days.
For each job, the duration of the audio, the noise quality, the clarity of each speaker, the number of speakers, the “order” of the speakers and the explicit requirements of your “template” will determine my actual TAT.
Output
Subject to the explicit needs of your “template”:
• Slangs, stutters and false starts removed; and
• Punctuate, format and correct spelling.
Deliverables
I prefer to complete and return to you a sample prototype production for your prior inspection and approval. This will ensure and guarantee your prior consent and approval of my production quality deliverables.
If my bid is successful, the final timeline for all production quality deliverables and payments can be negotiated thereafter to satisfy your explicit convenience.
I give you the assurance that my deliverables shall be structurally and grammatically error-free, easy to read and formatted according to your guidelines.
Experience
I have ongoing, ‘fixed rate’ and ‘hourly rate’ contracts on oDesk and Scriptlance.
These contracts currently consume about 40% of my output capacity.
