Need teaching. I am trying to learn to implement windows identity foundation (WIF). I need someone to teach me how to create a simple WCF service (C#) and windows identity foundation (WIF)/ADFS 2.0 solution (very basic proof of concept) that works with 2 security domains (federated identity). I have a programming background but C#, WCF, WIF are new to me.
Both of these domains are set up in my test environment with all pre-reqs installed.
Requirements (need programming help and coaching with the following):
1. establish federated trust between domain-A and domain-B
2. authenticate a user on domain-A (Identity Provider and Security Token Service) and issue claim (which simply gives user permission to copy an xml file via a secure web service on domain-b (relying party)
3. help create the WCF service that allows the xml file to be transferred.
4. will need help with configuration IIS and application/service.
5. will need help unit testing and will need screen shots or log file of test results.
6. will need help with SAML tokens and test certificates for the Proof of concept.
I just need to fully understand how to create this POC, and the concepts involved.

I have full Confidence of Accounting and financial Data Base Management {(Manually) in some cases Computerized}, if Organization/ Enterprise give me Following Environment Tools and system:
i) A financial Statement/ Trial Balance/Clear Data for Previous’ Transactions Summary for Which No Audit has been done (Most of the In Enterprise) (Bangladesh can’t provide it)
ii) Co-ordination Inter Department i.e. Commercial, Technical, Production for Financial/ finance

If financial information (Data) are arranged suitably.
1. Ratio analysis i e current Ratio, Acid test Ratio, Debt-Equity Ratio, Debit to total Capital Ratio, Coverage Ration, gross profit Ratio, Net profit Ratio, operating Ration, Return on assets Ratio, & Return on Capital Employed Ratio.
2. Projection i e IRR (Internal Rat of Return), Cost of Capital & NPV(Net Present value)
3. Break-even point, Break even Sales in Quantity & Taka, Margin of Safety & Comparative Profitable Production.
