Our company Containitecture is a new sustainability building company that uses sea/shipping containers and turns them into homes, commercial, and industrial buildings. Our company uses the idea of beautiful architecture combined with sustainability and green / leed certified policies in the development of new properties.
Our company is currently seeking to outsource design projects to qualified architect / civil and structural engineers. We may be open to working with more than one person or party.
We have some categories we require design for:
- Villa (Require you to design 20 different style Villas made of 90% sea/shipping containers.
- Retail Center (Require you to design 15 different style Retail Center made of 90% sea/shipping containers.)
- Industrial Building (Require you to design 10 different style Industrial Building made of 90% sea/shipping containers.)
- Educational Facility (Require you to design 10 different style Educational Facility made of 90% sea/shipping containers.)
- Healthcare Facility (Require you to design 10 different style Healthcare Facility made of 90% sea/shipping containers.)
- Apartment Complex Facility (Require you to design 10 different style Apartment Complex Facility made of 90% sea/shipping containers.)
- Condo Complex Facility (Require you to design 10 different style Condo Complex Facility made of 90% sea/shipping containers.)
- Government Building (Require you to design 20 different style Government Buildings these buildings range from City Halls to Police Stations made of 90% sea/shipping containers.)
- Entertainment Facility (Require you to design 20 different style Entertainment Facility these buildings range from Bowling Complex to Concert Hall made of 90% sea/shipping containers.)
- Transportation Facility (Require you to design 10 different style Entertainment Facility these buildings range from Bus Station to train station made of 90% sea/shipping containers.)
- Community Facility (Require you to design 15 different style Community Facility these buildings range from Convention Center to Community Center made of 90% sea/shipping containers.)
When designing a property for our company /organization you must follow the following rules and specifications:
1. Design must be 90% Sea/Shipping Container
2. All properties must be prefabricated / modular in design for quick manufacturing and assembly.
3. Other materials can be used i.e. Steel / Aluminum, Green Certified Products.
4. Exterior & Interior must have cladding / facade system to mask the containers.
5. All specifications from the design must include the following materials:
a. Design Theory Document – Explaining the design approach
b. Presentation Rendering Board – Hand/Water Color Rendering for Presentation Images.
c. Specification of Container Modification Document – Outline the specifications in measurements for container modification to be used in the property / building design that will be used for Modular development. This should also outline how the property could be assembled and disassembled and relocated if required.
d. Construction Documentation – This requires floor plans, and elevation with blue print for construction of the modular property.
Requirements, Compensation, Project Policies, Procedures, and Time Line
In ordered to be considered for the project you can either choose to accept the entire project if you have a company with multiple architects. If you do not and you would like to be a part of this project, you must acquire four categories to design.
You will be provided with a information brief on the type of properties that we require the designs to be.
Compensation:
Compensation is based on the entire package:
- Villa (EURO 7500 )
- Retail Center (EURO 8500 )
- Industrial Building (EURO 5500)
- Educational Facility (EURO 6500)
- Healthcare Facility (EURO 6600)
- Apartment Complex Facility (EURO 6600)
- Condo Complex Facility (EURO 5600)
- Government Building (EURO 7500)
- Entertainment Facility (EURO 5500 )
- Transportation Facility (EURO 5500)
- Community Facility (EURO 7500)
Project Policies, Procedures, and Time Line
1. Designer will be required to provide samples and CV
2. Designer will be required to sign a NDA with Design Agreement
3. Properties design must be stamped by our California Licensed Structure Engineer to be considered a finished property.
4. Time Line for this project is 4 weeks.
5. Payment/Compensation Paid Upon Our Stated Registered Licensed Structural Engineer.
6. All properties in your group package should be submitted together as a group.

In order to place an accurate bid, I would like to ask a few questions first:
- If I understand correctly, you need 150 styles of different buildings and facilities, made of 90% sea-shipping containers? So you need all of these containers modeled in 3D and rendered, do you have drawings of the containers or should they be done from e.g. a photo?
- Type of these containers, its parameters, and photo (if it’s possible);
- Could you please provide us with technical/preliminary specifications, so that we could evaluate the complexity of the design?
We can make 3D modeling and plan of floors, plus 3 rounds of revision of every image/building-container; there are 4 architect-designers in our team. One architect-designer can make a project of 1 building-container for $220 (incl.3 rounds of revision) for the period of 3 days; so we can finish all of these projects on time.
Average price per 1 style of 1 container is $220 (which is in EURO will be approximately €146). This price includes design, modeling and rendering. The total price is quite a big sum of money.
But we would like a discount for you, taking into consideration that this is not a small project.
We’d like to offer you this price €9800. This price includes the following:
1. Modeling of all required objects in 3D Max;
2. Quick turnaround;
3. Photorealistic quality of all renders;
4. 3 rounds of revision of every image;
5. All draft versions will be provided in .jpg format. Final formats will be in requested format;
6. High resolution images (1024 pxls);
7. Everyday updates;
8. Availability for chatting and Skype calls.
