Balance check
This project is being posted again as my first winner gave up. Please study carefully so you have a full understanding of my needs before you post a reply.
We sell a debit card provided by a polish bank. The bank does not offer balance inquiries by internet or phone only by SMS. SMS must be sent from a Polish Simcard because receiver is a server (mobile number 2424).
The problem thing is the SMSgateway (SMS server 2424) which is internal bank application. All polish GSM operators transfer us messages from number 2424. The bank doesn’t want to provide access to servers so the only way to request is by sending an SMS.
We wish to provide the service via internet.
Purpose: get balance check on Visa prepaid card or see last 5 transactions. The card is a small payment bearer card and balance check can be done from any mobile phone since the bank does not know and don’t care about who is the holder of the card
How to do today: Only way today is to send an SMS text to server stating the last 10 digit in the account number + last 4 digit in the visa card number e.g
e.g account number of card is 63109000754172231071919420

Then I send SMS

NOTE: The sms does not indicate on which account we inquire.
We need to make this service available via internet on a special webpage. Customer must login with his cardnumber, must purchase a series of 10 SMS, can ask for balance that will be emailed to him. The job is :
• Need to create customer login -
• Customer must purchase a bulk of balance inquiries (only for cardholders not from own stock) – moneybooker payment
• Customer will have option to send SMS Balance 2424 BANK SMS Server.
• SMS Server response will get back to customer no. directly on his mobile (via clickatell)
