This request is for javascript experts only. You can use open source frameworks for the job if there is no complication with commerical use of the script.
We need a little GUI written in javascript to "design". It may be a very basic and simplified one in comparison e.g. to buildasign(.com)'s one, which uses the dojo framework. Here comes the list of features and standards:
Features:
-create new/reset
-objects: text, box, image (upload)
-object-properties: id (unique), position left/top (relative), size width/height
-object-spefic properties:
-text: font-size, font-family, text-color, text, background-color
-box: color
-upload: url (to uploaded image file)
-functions of each object:
-create (image-object: upload)
-remove
-move position (drag/drop)
-resize (drag/drop)
-resize, remaining relative size (drag/drop)
Standards:
-valide, clean source (as my company has to write a documentation for your script later in our language...)
-browser compatibility
-flexible sizes
-don't spend too much time on designing; if you make us an offer for designing the buttons, boxes, whatever..., please send me an additional offer. but first, we need only the plain js. the design job won't start before mid-November!
-there are lots of features, we do not need, in comparison to buildasign. e.g. no pulldown for mouse right click etc.
-for the first job and for the offer, please, we only want the js done. for server-side scripts (e.g. the upload script), please use a dummy and spend no time because of that
We need the js job done at a low prive as it will be for demonstration purpose for some of our clients. This will take us 2-4 weeks. After, we need the server-side script (php) and also a shop solution for it. For this we will have a huge budget and can also pay expensive developmnet. But for the first part, the js "GUI", we need good work with a cheap offer. The one who is able to create the js gui will be the one who gets the php job, too, if he wants to!
Furthermore, please keep in mind: we are only interested in LONG-term relationships because we need updates and new features added to the software often.
