* No links from link farms,No blog comments links,No forums links,No links on adult, free hosted, porn, blacklisted websites,No account profile links,No hidden links,No use of blackhat software.
* One link per domain AND Class C IP block.
* Pages links appear on should be PR4,All backlinks must be do follow.
* All links must be One way non-reciprocal links
* Links should come from preferable Health site only,English language websites only.
* Link page must already be indexed and cached by Google, msn and yahoo within last 30 days.
* Links must be in text, no graphics,No pages blocked by robots.txt or robots tag.
* There must be no more than 30 outbound links on the linking page,Permanent links,active, never expiring only.
* I reserve the right to cancel any link if not found suitable.
The link builder should be highly experienced. Must know how to check that links are good. Please do not bid if you have limited or no link building experience. Good results will mean ongoing business for you

- To be on the top rank for a particular search engine, first it would depend on the keyword competitiveness. If the keyword is used by many sites then it would be hard to over rank other sites. If the keyword is not the competitive then it would not take 3 months to rank it on top, this will be on organic link building and white hat only.
