We are looking for a "Multi Skilled" Virtual Assistant for Web Design and Web Updating.
Terms and Conditions:

* Must have your own PC and Broadband connection
* Payment will be 200 AUD Working hours : 8 hours a day , 3 days a week (flexible)
* One month trial, leading into ongoing work if successful [ Pay will increase ]
Requirements (Must have):

** Fluent English - must be able to write and communicate in excellent English
** Proactive and self motivated
** Honesty and loyalty will be rewarded
** Flexible and willing to learn and improve (expected to take on new skills and learn new tools)
** A little Experienced in HTML, XHTML, CSS, PHP, Javascript will help but not required.
** Experienced with or willing to learn www.cmsmadesimple.org
** Experienced in Web and Graphic Designing
Your tasks will include:

* Updating & Creating websites using Cms Made Simple and other tools
* Some SEO work
* Updating websites - modifying structure & updating content

Dear Sir,
I would like to apply for this job, and I will give you the required information:
I work as a Virtual Assistant for the past 2 years, with companies in Dubai, Canada, Germany and USA. I worked a bit before with CMS, I am not an expert, but I am eager to learn. I love working in Photoshop, I've made the design for some online games. You can see them here: http://s110.photobucket.com/albums/n97/cristismara/. I have no active site that I can show you, since usually newbies are not given a chance to show what they can do (I am not complaining, just stating a fact ... but this doesn't make me give up). I know HTML and CSS, I am learning PHP, but I have no idea about Javascript.
About being proactive and self motivated: in the past I trained soft skills: communication, negotiation, sales, customer service, attitude and pro-activity. The attitude and pro-activity courses are 100% my creation and pride. So, since I used to train that, I cannot be otherwise but proactive and with a positive attitude :).
Why would you chose me? Well, in spite of my non-expertise, I am very much willing to learn if given the opportunity. I hate to lie, so, if I don't know how to do something, I say it in advance. But then I ask for some time in which I try to learn. Actually, with one of the companies in Germany, this is how I learned Google Analytics and Google AdWords. I am also well aware that there is always a solution to a problem, and I try to find it.
About my requirements:
- Right now, I have no permanent assignments, so I can be available 8 hours a day or even more, and I can adapt to any regional time
- As for the payment, I think that € 300 per month to begin with would be a reasonable amount. Before asking for money, I want to prove that I can do what is required. (Note: the bid is for € 750, since EUF does not allow bids under the minimum amount posted by the buyer)
