hello ,
i need some one professional in asterisk
i have server with softlayer to the project .
i need some one to install asterisk on the server .
i need him also to configure the server to receive calls from my premium phone-numbers provider .. when the call come there intro should play for the caller then the system should play menu.
(1)* if the caller press 1 one if the chat representative on line .. (the caller should enter to conference with that chat representative, if another call come and also press 1 he also should inter to the same conference with the chat representative and the other caller same thing happen if more calls come .)
if the chat representative not online .. the caller should go to another online conference with another chat representative ( any one online ) .
if there is no one online the caller should go to recorded content .
(2)* if the caller press 2 if the chat representative online .. (the caller should enter to another conference with that another chat representative , if another call come and also press 2 he also should inter to the same conference with the chat representative and the other caller same thing happen if more calls come .)
if the chat representative not online .. the caller should go to another online conference with another chat representative ( any one online ) .
if there is no one online the caller should go to recorded content .
the same thing repeat till press 9 .
( that's mean 9 chat representative with 9 conferences "chat rooms" ) ..... optional :- ( it will great if there is able to be more than one chat representative in the same conference in the same time ) .
* there should be asterisk-gui to be able to mange from web .
*there should be complete report system for the caller .. ( id caller + the time " number of minutes" + in which conference )
*all chat representative should use soft-phone to connect to the conference .
