We are currently looking for sales managers/agents in Portugal, Scandinavia (incl. Finland), France, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Benelux, Croatia, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Greece, Bulgaria & Italy.
We manufacture high quality 4” submersible pumps. These are primarily used to pump subterranean water to the surface.
The market for submersible pumps in Europe is growing rapidly. That growth will be dramatic over the next two to five years. Why? If we just told you, you might be skeptical. You need to do the research yourself to convince yourself. And your market can be an entire country! If you perform well, you alone will sell in your country.
Recession and economic crisis?
So far this year ZDS has won one hundred new clients and revenues are up 80 percent from this time last year. If we are growing this well in hard times, imagine the opportunity when boom times come again.

We want you to be earning six figures on a commission basis. That’s not going to happen overnight, but has been done before, is being done now, and is our goal for the people who join us now.
Production
ZDS has the lowest production costs of any leading European pump manufacturer AND some of the highest earning factory workers in the industry. We achieve this combination through an entrepreneurial team approach to production that emphasizes continuous improvement.
Marketing and Sales Strategy
Many competitors produce a full range of pumps: centrifugal, booster, jet, etc. They offer “one stop shopping” for all your pump needs. Many large distributors are companies that sell the “turn key well”. They dig the hole, supply the pump, the pipes, the electrical cable, and when they are finished you have running water. Such distributors carry a full line of pumps for all kinds of uses.
ZDS is focused on the market niche of 4" submersible pumps, offering a high quality product at a competitive price. Given the above, how would you go about growing the business in your country?
Remuneration
1) ZDS Professional: 75€ is earned for “giving away” a trial pump! Yes, believe it or not, you will earn money by giving away a trial for FREE. The customer gets to use it for 90 days. If he decides he does not like it, he can return it, end of story. If he decides to keep it, he gets billed at 45% off of the global list price. This approach will help you as the new ZDS representative to hit the ground running.
After the 90 days “Trial” the client can order 1-2 more pumps with 45% discount and you will get 5% commission of the net sales. However, 95% of the clients wants to order 15-20 pumps, because the quality is impeccable. If you can make them become a Dealer, they will get 52,5% discount or as an Affiliate they get 60% discount off the suggested retail list price.
2) ZDS Dealer: 1000€ is earned by the salesman, potentially you, if the customer commits to an order of 7500€ which can be divided into two deliveries. Additionally you will get 7,5% commission on the net purchases.
3) ZDS Affiliate: 1750€ is earned by the salesman, potentially you, if the customer commits to 35.000€ a year which can be divided into 5 deliveries. Additionally you will get 5% commission on the net purchases.
Selection Process:
• E-Mail cover letter and one page CV
• Telephone interview by Mr. Ketil Molbach followed by a personal interview
• Trip to the factory in Gaiba, Italy for interviews with the management team
Sales & Technical Training:
• Two days sales & technical training at the factory in Gaiba, Italy
• A week on-the-job training with Mr. Ketil Molbach
• After some weeks on your own, another week of on-the-job training with Ketil again
