Programmer (software developer) is needed for the development of software to handle user support sessions.
Ideal candidate would have considerable experience in the following areas:
1.ActionScript:
- User side Camera, microphone, clipboard, mouse, and keyboard access
- Real Time Messaging Protocol (RTMP)
- ExternalInterface class
- Web Distributed Data eXchange (WDDX) data interchange mechanism
2.SQL Language - with complex join operations (including self-join's), subqueries, cursors; Microsoft SQL specific SQL language extensions
3.Java EE 5
4.XML, XSL
5.Javascript, PHP, HTML
Simplified examples of tasks include:
1. Development of software module in ActionScript (embedded in web page) implementing videochat (web camera, voice, textual chat) functionality between two users. Data of every session – session start datetime, session finish datetime, video, audio streams and all text sent during the session shall be recorded in SQL database.
2. Development of software module (server side) to select information about all trouble tickets out of SLA parameters, then check their status querying other systems records (for example, Nagios), then select videochat session data related to queried trouble tickets. Replay videochat sessions on user request.
Please describe your expertise and bid for one man month (160 working hours) work. Duration of contract and further details will be communicated with preselected candidates. Payments will be negotiated taking into account candidate's experience and ability handle amount of work.
