Description: What i want is a joomla expert that will create me the picture i have submitted to a joomla css tableless template and the template should be full screen in 1024x768 and above resolution. The picture is design in adobe illustrator so i can convert it to psd. What i mean with joomla template? As an example take any rockettheme template. That is what i call template. I want to install it throught the joomla template installer and should change the layout of my website as installing any rockettheme template.

In this picture i have sumbitted you see some green boxes. In this boxes it should be for example as is in the picture the main menu. In other green box the login module of joomla. In other green box the advertisment module of joomla and so on. Note that this template it will be used with hotproperty so when i installed it i should see the hotpropery menu in green box. Also as you seen in the picture the middle frame of the template is the hotpropery plugin latest addictions and in the right the hotpropery most popular. In the bottom are some other things of the hotproperty.

Also as you seen in the picture in the left corner there is two modules. Joomfish and weather. The template should have the ability to have it as seen in the picture for this the template should have define areas like mainmenu area, user1, user2, user3 etc ....

Also about the flash i want to be a flashing effect in the letters that write Riverland as the satellite of the website below
