We are currently building an online exchange for person-to-person lending, and we need a couple of engineers to help us develop the web site.
Firstly, we’re looking for an experienced financial systems developer who can design and build the core financial engine, that will drive the person-to-person lending system.
The ideal candidate will bring strong technical design and development skills, and experience working with product managers and end-users to clarify requirements. The person must be willing to work independently in a fast-paced environment, communicate effectively on technical issues, and deliver quality products.

We are also looking for a highly-skilled web application developer to design and build the user interface for our person-to-person lending website.

As per my understanding for Ajax Application requirement to user AJAX feature on ASP pages can be possible with Web 2.0 development where Asynchronous JavaScript and XML can be utilized as AJAX. Even in Ajax programming developer uses JavaScript to upload and download new data from the web server without undergoing a full page reload.
Data fetched by AJAX is typically formatted in XML or JavaScript Object Notation format.Also wanted to let you know that we have developed the social networking site similar to this in the past for one of the big fortune 500 client in US .
