We currently have a fully developed Joomla site that is attracting a fair number of visitors. We would like to add a Job Board to this system that is able to accept the details of candidates for jobs, allows recruiters to create a recruiter account and advertise their job listings on the site and have an administration suite where we can control all accounts and produce reports.
The job board should be created as an extension or a number of extensions for Joomla that we can easily upload an install into our brand websites. Any custom made code should not be made available open source and be retained solely for our job board purposes.
We can supply you with mock up screen shots of the layout for the components if you'd need this.
These are the features we require from the Joomla Recruitment Service extension. After its creations we want to retain all rights to the component.
Candidate Features
The following features should be available in the Candidate area of the system.
* Job Search
* Job Seeker Registration - add CV as Word file etc. to CV database
* Login and update details, including forgotten password reminders
* Jobs by Email
* Email a friend
* View Application History
* Option to remain anonymous on CV database but allow employers/agencies to email them
* View number of times CV has been viewed
Advertiser Features
The following features and more are available in the Advertiser area of the system.
* Employer/Agency Registration
* Login and update details including forgotten password reminders
* Purchase individual or package of job adverts by Credit Card*
* Reporting information on how much time left on each job posting and how long left on CV access
* Post and modify jobs with confirmation of remaining credits after each job posting*
* Payment by invoice or credit/debit card*
* Add logo to job adverts
* Information on number of vacancy viewings and applications
* Ability to attach application forms to job adverts
* Purchase featured positions so that job adverts appear higher in search results
* Set up CVs by Email matching pre-defined criteria
* Search and download CVs of candidates on the CV database
* Agency/Employer Directory on Recruitment Service
* Ability to post jobs via Broadbean, Conkers, PostingPal & Jobmate (if used by the Advertiser)
* We are not sure if Online Credit Card payment could pose a problem. If this would severely up the price, we’d rather drop this.
Administration Suite
The following features should be available in the Administrator suite of the system.
* Manage candidate accounts
* Set up and manage employer and agency accounts
* Add and remove banner adverts
* Add and remove job advertising credits
* Produce reports containing all registered candidates with contact details
* Produce reports containing all registered clients with contact details
* View detailed traffic statistics
