I'm looking for a voice encryption solution for Linux , WinCE or symbian phones.
Source code must include full design documentation, Test cases etc ,which will allow us to continue developing it in house for another platforms. Price should include at least 50 hours of customization/support.
Bid will be accepted only from experienced developer. You should provide sample working copy of software as proof with design details.
Also need details about Build Environment , Tools to be planning to use etc.

I already created such 'system' in the past, the main difference of your necessity and the project I developed is it was a SoC (System-on-Chip), an IC for speech cryptography.
Please contact in me in PM for further discussion about the project, like which cryptographic algorithm to adopt e.g., AES, 3DES, Elliptic. I'm sure that I can attend your need and can provide 50 hrs of customization without any problem. I'm also can send you my CV if you want, and have one Java example for AES cryptography with additional 'salt' already implemented, as example.
