I need a configuration setting and a how-to set up a live mp3 streaming server with time shifting abilities.
The server (FFserver can do this I think) will receive a live mp3 http stream as source, buffer it for an hour, and sould be able to stream the dumped sound from any position within the hour for a Flash based client. Methods to access and use the time shifting abilities sould be documented as well.
The server should be able to deliver 10 simultaneous streams, it will be hosted on a Debian like or Suse GNU/Linux system.
I need to see a demo of the project working, and to be able to test it with a flash player.
You'll deliver a how-to set up, configure and deploy the server as well as the documentation to the methods to access the stream at a given point.
I need the demo to be up and running within 3 weeks.

Documentation would be based on Debian stable/etch.
As a first step i would setup a demo on my private debian server, were you can test your applications.
If your tests are fine and you are happy, i want to get paid 50%.
After this, i will write you the how-to's and help you resolving problems until you mp3 streaming server runs fine.
