Hi, I have a client for whom I must quote for the following: two websites are required, the first being for clients to input their personal details e.g. name, address, postcode (I would like the client to be offered the ability to input their house number and postcode so the site could use the postcode finder service to auto complete their address), make model and year of their vehicle (here would also be the option to input only the registration of the vehicle and have an auto complete option for the remainder of the vehicle details), details of the part and/or component(s) they require and their contact data telephone and/or e-mail. This information must then be sent to a secure website containing a database where this information will be held. The secure website must allow subscribers to this service the ability to login and have displayed for them the client details regarding the part(s) they require. However when a subscriber logs in they would only be able to have displayed for them the parts and/or components specific to the make(s) of vehicle parts they supply e.g. Ford, Vauxhall, Rover etc. Subscribers would then e-mail their respone to the client or telephone them direct. In addition company administrators can login and view all submitted requests held by the database. This system would need to be able to handle up to and in some cases over 800 client submissions a day! All gathered data would need to be output into a report viewable by the administrators. All contact data sent to the database would have to be recoreded/stored including any e-mail sent to the client from the subscriber from the subscriber login. I would need to know how much time would be required to complete this task in addition to a quote covering all aspects of this job (a complete price for everything). Once I know the timescale in volved I would pass on this to my client included in my quote. I would also confirm with my client that the aforementioned is completely what is required to be sure I have relayed to you guys everything required in total. I have not outsourced work before in theis mannor and so am sorry if I have neglected to mention anything else you might require. Please contact me for any additional information. I would also prefer the website side of things to use css rather than tables. www.postcodeanywhere.co.uk offer the interface for postcode lookups. I have contacted the DVLA to discover if an auto complete service for car registration details is available. In addition the database would have to e-mail notify the specific part subscribers of new requests in their catagories. A more specific bullet point list of job requirements to follow.

| well it seems to be a good application but there are few parts uncovered like as its mentioned that the address & car details need to be filled up automatically so for that u need to bring the data from the database . so ma question is where shall the data come from so does the app need any interface to be developed to enable the admin to store those data or else we can use some web services instead. looking forward to hear something.
