Description: Dear Flash-Experts,

I need a flash-banner for a website:

Dimensions: 575px x 200px
Color: #FF6600

The client wants to show several logos of companies in a flash aninmation.

Each logo should appear in a "soap bubble" or a kind of, moving around randomly. A maximum of five (make a suggestion if better less) logos should be shown at a time.

The animation should load dynamically the content. A CMS will
produce a list of all the logos in a XML which can be included as a link:

http://url.com/xml-data.html

The logos will be positioned randomly in the XML, if necessary. If flash can do that, we can use the flash shuffler also.

IMPORTANT: As soon as the script has loaded the first five (or less) logos, the animation should be shown, and the rest of the images should be loaded somehow in the background.

There should be also some bubbles of different sizes without logos, also moving around randomly. The bubbles with the logos all have the same size, to make it easy for you.

The logos will have a maximum dimension, which you can specify. X * X
Pixel (same length of sides, quadrat ...)

Attached you can find the colorset of the site and the static banner in the correct dimension without any logos so far.

The flash should be lightweight and use as less ressources as possible.

Please send examples of your work in flash or design a first free and unbinding mockup to convince me to lay the job into your hands. It is not a big job, but I need flash designers for my projects very often - so if you can offer good quality for a good price, I will certainly consider you first, when I have flash projects in the future to be done.
