The project is for the development of an Internet Radio Broadcasting Network development.
The network would have similar properties as ubroadcast.com systems but other system regulation systems.
Provider must have skills in:
.NET
ASP
Adobe Flash
Java/Java Script
Must have strong development skills and very, very strong programming skills with knowledge in areas of programming for live webcast and video streaming.
Budget is 8500 euro with a development time frame of 35 days. Will be required to sign development agreement.
