I am looking for a 100 % loyal and faithful expert in TYPO3 programming for a vacant project and maybe for others projects later if there is a good teamwork.
Its a small TYPO3 site for a little property management firm. You would get from me a professional PSD File with all graphics you need.
At fist there will be 4 menupoints in the 1st level and provided a 2nd level menue. TYPO3 enabled us to expand the menue later.
One menuepoint will be a journey description as a connection with googel maps (I think there are existing extensions for that). Something like: http://www.kinderwunsch-luebeck.de/lageplan.html
One menuepoint (contact) will be a small web form were interested parties could send an application for property management. You would get the accurately fields later. But it will looks at most like: http://www.tb-immobilienverwaltung.de/www/kontakt.html
The output of the web form should go per mail with a good sorting to the site owner and the site user should get a short advice on the site that there application was send out (for a good usability).
The sites should have aliasnames (nothing like that : index.php?id=806)
We like to have favicon and meta tags (small SEO) and naturally a site title.
The backend of TYPO3 should be reduce for the editor (not for the admin) that he only see his most useful points.
We would prepare a final access to a pre installed TYPO3 Provider. That means when the project is finish you have to transfer the site to our favored TYPO3 Provider.
I prefer prompt communication and most careful execution.
