We want to make a twitter.com like website.
Besides that, the website must have:
Must accept posts from mobile phones (if possible a little java widject to install on mobile phones) -> if needed, paid separatedly
People will be able to invite friends from msn, yahoo etc. that will allow the website to grow fast.
SEO -> very very important
Language translation (FULL LANGUAGE TRANSLATION).
The main website will be for portuguese speaking people so it must at least have a language file for me to translate to portuguese and flags on the upright for people to select future languages.
The website must be web2.0, have a control panel and be visualy atractive.
cms like the twitter website. This will allow research websites to be connected to our website and post real time cms of their achievements.
the website will have a mobile like page, simple and light, for people that want to post in that way.
the website must have possibility to add and menage adwords and ads like that.
Mailing campaign with options to select wich people that are active or not and mail their nickname or real name on each mail, stuff like that.
and finally, will be discussed with me and the project winner, some mobile selling content area. that needs to be selected and a provider too so it will be the last thing to do.
we dont know how it is the twitter control panel but the closest you get, the better.
if you improve the website with a 'viral like' campaign like those mailing invitation to friends and it proves to work we will give you an extra 15€ bonus.
if the winning bidder prefers, we will be able to pay you during your work, like 20€ at a time and so on. its easyer for us like that for now. we dont know how much time it will take. We will pay future updates and technical improvements. >So you will need to keep in touch<
