I’m looking for a couple of skills in this posting in Civil Engineer, Architecture, Architectural Engineering, and Architectural Illustrations. I’m a developer looking to develop a new Urban Community (City) in a rural area. The positions would need to have the ability to design a community of retail, commercial, domestic, and residential in the area to bring the Urban Community together. Someone in Urban Planning and Community Development would be great. So if you have skills in the following areas:
• Architecture Engineering
• Civil Engineering
• Construction Engineering
• Architect Illustration
• Urban Development / Community Development
• Site Planning and Space Planning
Budget for this project is 25,000 euro to be broken down by position need. Please provide CV/Resume, examples of work to be considered.

| Dear sir, I feel very keen to apply for this project or at least to be part of this ECO friendly architectural project .I feel familiar in this field , my first project proposal for an ecological comunity I started as student at Ecological University Bucharest assisted by our architecture teacher. After my BA in ecology I finished the second university in Visual Arts. and I was part of few architectural projects for local architects and did blueprints, sections , 3d modeling and rendering in MAX and Architectural Autocad. I can help you with design , rendering and visualization in MAX and Vray rendering .Consequently to the architectural project I can design for you interiors and landscape also. To have a preliminary evaluation of your project face to my creativity I suggest you few preliminary steps.Let me send you first a preview , a draft for your project to see my vision . If you are content about it , we can continue to work to the final project.I guess you will need a team because before to start any construction there you will need geological study , environmental impact study and other additional informations wich are needed to choose the right materials and technologies to be a sustainable ecological project. To make for you a design study pls send me a topography plan of the area , not necesary with exactly dimensions but to have an ideea about the location wich is very important. The geomorphofological configuration , water sources , roads ,vegetation, weather etc. , few photos could be more useful .In few days I'm able to send you for evaluation my entries for your urban project for free and this will help you I guess to take a decision.In conclusion it is a very interesting project and deserve a creative aproach to see it done.I'm sorry for my transylvanian english :) .Best regards, Gabriel |
